So…last year my mom decided she wanted to be somewhere amazing on her 50th birthday. And Rob and I wanted to travel a little before attempting offspring. So about a year ago we started planning a trip to Greece…from which we have just returned. Opa!

We sea-kayaked in the Libyan Sea, hiked a 16-km Gorge in Crete, saw some monasteries built on cliffs hundreds of feet in the air, visited the Acropolis, and ate the best gyros ever.

But it is really good to be home.
