I just wanted to say “HEY Y’ALL” and of course Congrats Jen and Rob for they’re beautiful boy! Yippie. I still check in on EOJ and look forward to more friendly posts from friends. Here is a picture of my Garden at one year. She’s looking pretty good. We now have daffodils, tulips and other flowers going. I love an early spring.
Cheers!

Today is day I love to celebrate. This year Mary’s non-profit is holding a volunteer day to help build a local playground. Both Monica and I will be helping Mary wrangle volunteers, plant trees and shrubs, and be thankful that we have/had people in this world who are compassionate, strong, and forward moving.
Is anyone else celebrating today?

Happy Thanksgiving! I hope y’all are getting together with wonderful people to celebrate something most of us celebrate all year. But if we had to cook this much everyday I would no longer be Thankful.
I am Thankful for a loving husband, a fun and interesting job, a band that might actually be productive, the wonderful day with good friends and our new fence (just started).
I wanted to post photos of our awesome 2008 Thanksgiving Pinata, but wordpress seems to be unable to even get to the uploading screen! I will get them up, or on Facebook (inferior)

GOOD LUCK ELI & LEIGHANNE!
We’re sad to be missing out and will be sending the warmest most wonderful thoughts tomorrow. You two are awesome and I am glad to have gotten to know Leighanne a little more before she marries my amazing friend Eli. I am looking forward to seeing oceans of amazing pictures on the farm and of Leighanne’s hair (of course). Soooooo…
We’re there in spirit and hope that it is fabulous. ( I’m sure it will be)
LOVE!

This morning I was biking to work (my new favorite thing), and just a couple blocks from my house I wound up behind an SUV with a large mast-like structure sticking out the top. The back of the vehicle said “Microsoft Live Local Search”… the mast had cameras on top of it pointing in all directions- This was Microsoft’s version of the Google StreetView cars that drive through the streets of cities taking pictures.
It turned onto a side street, and I followed it for a block, riding in the middle of the road and looking into the camera as much as I could… with a little bit of luck, I’ll make it to thier map site in the near future. I’ll let you know if I do.
